Standard Terms of Business
All services provided by BLISS Training to the Customer are subject to the following terms and conditions:
A copy of this document is provided by all new Customers to BLISS Training prior to the production of any bespoke training design or delivery. Your written request to commence work indicates your agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Charges for services provided by BLISS Training are defined in the proposal document. BLISS Training reserves the right to re-negotiate the rates for ongoing delivery services with thirty days (30 days) advance notification to the Customer.
Invoices are issued on the last date of training delivery and are due for payment 14 days after the date of invoice, unless specified in a written agreement. For accounts that remain unpaid for longer than fourteen days (14 days) after the date of invoice, BLISS Training retain the option to apply a service charge on the amount of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month of the total amount outstanding.
Accounts unpaid fourteen days (14 days) after the date of invoice will be considered in default. No further training will be delivered until the account has been settled in full.
If it is necessary to cancel the training services at any stage, the amount payable will equal the total number of hours already invested by BLISS Training.
BLISS Training services may be used for lawful purposes only. Training delivery of any information or materials in violation of any UK Law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene. BLISS Training reserves the right to refuse service to the Customer without providing reason or cause.
BLISS Training retains the copyright to training materials and will obtain the necessary permissions and rights to use any images, graphics and theory belonging to a third party.
BLISS Training hold professional indemnity to protect against any claims resulting from the Customer's use of BLISS Training�s services that cause damage to the Customer or third party.
BLISS Training makes no warranties, whether express or implied, for the services it provides. BLISS Training will not be held responsible for individual lack of development following the delivery of services.
These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with terms and conditions of the agreed services.
